We were recently commissioned to build an heirloom quality dining table for a local family using two reclaimed Mesquite slabs. They are approximately 26x96x2.25 and will give us a finished table size of 5ftx7.4ft when combined with a handcut piece of smoked glass.
Our welder has started work on the X-Frame base that will end up getting a smoked chrome powdercoat finish and supporting the massive slabs.
