Black Cherry Burl w/ Emerald Green Epoxy Resin Art Tables Tops

We have been commissioned by our client in New York to build two custom 18" wood and resin art pieces to serve as table tops on a vintage set of walnut staircase pillars our client is repurposing. We are creating these pieces using remnant cuts of highly figure Black Cherry Burl reclaimed from the Jerome/Cottonwood area in the high desert of Arizona. We paired the black cherry burl live edge pieces with a translucent emerald lux green resin.
