Ive been commissioned by a repeat client in a nearby Biltmore neighborhood to create a wide plank white Oak 4x8ft rectangular dining table with brushed steel trapezoid legs finished in a pigmented white wax oil that matches their wood flooring and cabinetry.
This light bright neutral style with lots of linen and cotton white colors is popular, particularly with the flooring and wood finishes. I see the "white washed" Oak plank flooring and furniture in client homes all around Arcadia Biltmore and even in Scottsdale homes by DC Ranch and Silverleaf. Often times warmer wood colors with rust tones and live edge are used as bold contrast to the bright neutral colors.
