I have a stash of live edge slabs and burl caps milled at Wine Glass Bar Sawmill from a Flame Box Elder burl log that was mostly hollow from rot but the shell was covered in highly figured burls.  It took a lot more effort to mill these and rotating the log multiple time, but worth the effort.
 
There is 1 flat sawn live edge slabs about 28x76x3, 1 large cluster burl cap 28x70x6, 2 pieces that are about 30x40x3", small rustic burl caps for resin or turning projects.
