I created this cantilever couch table utilizing a large 17x26" single piece of 2000 year old Redwood lace burl,  curly Red Gum Eucalyptus miter cantilever frame with domino reinforced joints.  
 
The Redwood burl top has been polished to 4k and finished with a penetrating oil hardwax and burnished.
